Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorised your payment.
Stock Check: We’ll verify the availability of your items. If they’re in stock, we’ll process your order. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Order Processing: If everything is available, we’ll charge your payment method and begin preparing your order.
Order Shipment
Processing Time: In-stock orders will ship within three business days of being processed.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours to the email address you provided at checkout.

International Orders
Our products are designed for the UK market and require a 240V electrical system to function correctly. While they are certified to UK electrical standards, they have not been certified for use with other countries' electrical safety regulations.
We are happy to ship internationally. For a customised shipping quote, please contact us. We’ll provide an estimate based on the dimensions of your order. If you agree to the quote, we’ll process your payment securely through our trusted payment gateway.
Damages
On Delivery: Please inspect the packaging of your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please note it when signing for the delivery or decline the package.
Post-Delivery: If you accept the delivery and later find damage, take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged products.
Submit a Claim: Send the photos to support@wellnesshavenstore.com. We’ll take care of the rest.
